Swirly – 2009 Here is a new image you can download to use as wallpaper. Yesterday, K. Pattabhi Jois passed on. He was 94 years old. Jois was considered the father of Ashtanga yoga. Like many others, I will be dedicating my practice to Guruji. Om Shanti So far the best plug-in that I’m using has to be Askimet. The spam monkeys have found this blog and have been leaving me presents. Thanks to this cool plug-in, managing comments is a breeze.
