近期《自然医学》发布江泽飞教授团队TORCHLIGHT临床随机3期试验成果显示，抗PD-1单抗特瑞普利单抗联合注射用紫杉醇，可显著改善PD-L1阳性的转移性或复发性三阴性乳腺癌患者的无进展生存期。

世卫组织发布数据显示，2020年乳腺癌已成为全球发病最多的癌症。三阴性乳腺癌约占10%—15%，它侵袭性强、早期复发率高，对靶向及内分泌治疗不敏感，缺乏特异性疗法。当前治疗以化疗为主但效果欠佳，患者中位生存期仅9—12个月，在乳腺癌各亚型治疗中预后最差。

近年来“免疫治疗+化疗药”策略成为肿瘤临床热点。在本项研究中，课题组将PD-L1阳性三阴性乳腺癌患者以2:1比例分为治疗组与安慰剂组，经特瑞普利单抗联合化疗药以及单用化疗分别治疗。

结果显示，两组的中位生存期分别为8.4和5.6个月，疾病进展和死亡风险降低35%。两组中位总生存期为32.8个月和19.5个月，不良事件以及严重不良事件率相近，证明了免疫治疗联合化疗策略在三阴性乳腺癌治疗中的重要价值。目前，该治疗新适应症上市申请已获得受理，期待让更多的乳腺癌患者受益。
